Many brokers let an AI agent connect to your account, but that doesn't mean the agent can buy every product the broker sells. This page uses our asset layer: for each provider that serves Spain, we check in the official documentation whether the agent can trade ETFs, only read ETF data, or whether the provider doesn't say. If the documentation doesn't mention ETFs, we mark it unconfirmed instead of guessing.

Can ChatGPT buy ETFs for me in Spain?
Per our data, yes at eToro and Scalable Capital, which are authorised in Spain. All of them have limits or approval steps; check each provider page.
Can Claude buy ETFs for me in Spain?
Claude can trade ETFs at eToro, Scalable Capital and Trading 212. At Trading 212, the official route is its API with an agent skill for tools such as Claude Code.
Can the agent buy fractional ETFs?
eToro: positions can be opened by cash amount or by units. Scalable Capital: the official CLI accepts orders by amount but rejects fractional share quantities; Scalable doesn't say whether amount orders fill as fractions. Trading 212: order quantities accept decimals (the docs use 0.1 shares as an example). Orders by cash value aren't supported.
Can the agent set up an ETF savings plan?
Yes at Scalable Capital: includes preparing ETF savings plans (for example, the Scalable World ETF). Elsewhere the documentation doesn't mention it.
Does MyInvestor let ChatGPT buy ETFs?
No. At MyInvestor, the agent can only read data: public catalogue (2,000+ funds), not your account. You can start a purchase from the chat, but you finish it on myinvestor.es.
