- Official open-source local MCP (webull-inc/webull-openapi-mcp) supports the Mexico region (developer.webull.com.mx): you run it with your OpenAPI App Key/Secret and 2FA. It can preview, place, modify and cancel stock orders, with risk controls (order value and quantity caps, symbol whitelist). Webull's hosted Cloud MCP for ChatGPT/Claude is US-only for now.

- Webull's Mexican business, separate from the Webull US/EU entry. Webull México's OpenAPI page mentions MCP, Skills and CLI, and its legal page lists an 'AI Tools Risk Disclosure'. Per Wall Street en Español (Sep 2026), the Cloud MCP is not yet available in Latin America. Requires OpenAPI access; setup is technical.
