Can Revolut connect to Claude, ChatGPT or an MCP server?
Quick answer: It depends which Revolut. The banking app does not connect to outside agents: it only has its own in-app assistant (AIR). Revolut X, Revolut's crypto exchange, does: it has a Claude connector and an MCP server, both read-only, plus a CLI (revx) the agent can use to place spot crypto orders that you review and approve.

What your agent can do at Revolut X
- Read. The Claude connector (since July 2026) and the local MCP server are read-only: they do not place, modify or cancel orders.
- Trade. Orders go through the revx CLI or skill: market, limit, stop (conditional) and take-profit/stop-loss.
- Approve. Revolut requires you to review and approve every order.
- Which assets. Spot crypto only: no stocks, ETFs or derivatives.
- Which assistants. Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, Cursor and Codex. Revolut does not mention ChatGPT.

And the Revolut app?
Revolut introduced AIR, an assistant inside its app, in April 2026 (per cryptobriefing.com ). It is not a connector: you cannot use it from Claude or ChatGPT, or give your own agent access to your account. Any "Revolut MCP" that claims to trade your bank account is not Revolut's.
Crypto-assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated as investments; you may lose all the money you invest. Revolut X is authorised as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA by CySEC (Cyprus).
Licence for Spain: from the CNMV / Banco de España registers and the ESMA MiCA register (last checked 20 Oct 2026; each provider page shows its own check date); open a provider for the entity and register link.
Agent feature: available · the provider operates there but hasn't said whether its agent feature works there · not available · ? not published. This is separate from the licence: a provider can be authorised to serve Spain while its agent feature's availability in Spain is still unpublished.

Does Revolut have an MCP server?
The banking app does not. Revolut X, its crypto exchange, has a read-only local MCP server as well as a Claude connector.
Can Claude buy crypto on Revolut X?
Yes, through the revx CLI or skill: the agent can place market, limit, stop and take-profit/stop-loss orders, and you review and approve each one. The Claude connector itself is read-only.
